Cafe Moves Group Training is an affordable, highly personal, and results driven health & fitness regime.

Our am is to offer our members a broad and diverse approach to physical training designed to keep each person

healthy, strong, and mobile so as to be feeling fresh and able for all that is in their life.

Your trainer/teacher will lead your group through exercises on practices including

weight lifting, body weight training, mobility drills, yoga asana, games and more depending on the style of class.

There are progressions and regressions for of all that we teach so any level of ability can benefit.

Benefits of Group Training

Cost: Group training is a fraction of the cost of 1 on 1 personal training.

Motivation: In addition to cost savings, with group training you get the added benefit of motivation from both your peers and your trainer.

Connection: Friendships are easily formed when training and playing with people who like you, are interested in a different type of gym.

Do you have shower and changing facilities?

We absolutely do, so you can spruce yourself up for the day and already be glowing and primed for a great day before many even wake.

Can I hang around after for a coffee or tea?

Absolutely. Many grab a shower and chill by our coffee bar after class before going about their business. It is a great start to a day.

But I am so not a morning person.

We have heard this so many times. Once you introduce this lifestyle of training in the morning before work you will wonder how you were getting through life without doing it.

The class schedule seems quite diverse, why such diversity?

We have designed our weekly schedule to be as diverse as you as a human are, so that everybody can benefit from a well rounded coaching program that incorporates:

Being a member gives you access to every class, every course and to the centre itself during open hours.

Members can come at any time to enjoy our centre. to train, play, practice, relax, and/or chat.
