Ladies Only Movement Club
This group class is designed to maintain and restore mobility and integrity of the joints of the body, particularly the spine and hips. It is also designed to improve overall strength, coordination and balance, and aid in the toning of muscle firmness. Interactive movement games play a large role in how this is all achieved so you can be sure that it will be a very social gathering each week with plenty of laughs.
We take nothing more seriously with our physical practice than the assurance of a good time ( the craic ).
This will be a closed group of ladies with similar goals of fat loss, maintenance of strength and movement ability.
You can expect to notice the improvement of general overall able-bodiedness inside the first six weeks.
