We have a physical education program for children.

Our Mighty Movers practice and learn with us each week.

While the capacity to learn is high and of low resistance, and the movement ability is fresh without restrictions of tension and poor tissue quality,

the speed of development in comparison to adults is considerably higher and has us very interested in seeing them each week to witness their progression.

So far we have been developing balance and rebalancing, fine and gross motor control, strength and coordination through play, problem solving, and falling well. 

We teach using interaction with each other, as well as individual practice as a group.

Classes are Thursday at 11 am
